The IT people governing team is a mix of rich talent and experience comprising of Adi Cooper, founder of Tracmail and co- founding member of TCS, Vikram Shah who has been associated with TCS, Tata InfoTech, IBM, Novell and Talisma Corporation and Rajiv Puri who has held senior management positions in Xerox Corporation and was till recently the CEO of JobsAhead.com (recently acquired by Monster.com).
The company is currently in the process of establishing a national presence through regional offices to serve the need of the employers across the nation. IT is launching operations in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Gulf and US. An aggressive investment strategy has been adopted in areas of brand building, relevant data base acquisition, infrastructure build-up and a world-class delivery organisation backed by robust processes.
In the next expansion plan, the company will augment its presence in the U.K and North Africa markets even further.
