Inaugural Mass on April 24

Vatican City, reuters: Newly-elected Pope Benedict XVI will hold his official inaugural Mass on Sunday April 24, at 10.00 am (0800 GMT), the Vatican spokesman said on Tuesday.
Spokesman Joaquin Navarro-Valls said the Pope will dine with Roman Catholic cardinals later on Tuesday and celebrate a Mass with the prelates in the Sistine Chapel on Wednesday morning at 9.00 am (0700 GMT).
The inaugural Mass on Sunday will be held in St Peter’s Square.
