Certificate course and diploma

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's HB College of Communication & Management and the HRD Unit of Spastics Society of Karnataka, the two prominent social institutions are jointly organising the following courses for the benefit of teachers, with effect from June 1, 2006.

1) ‘Management of Children with Problems in Learning in the Regular Classroom’ — Certificate course in Inclusive Education — A Distance Education Programme of one-year duration with English as medium of instruction and eligibility for admission is graduation with three years of teaching experience.

2) ‘Post Graduate Diploma in Comprehensive Management of Children with Learning Disorders’ which is a one-year course with English as medium of instruction. Post Graduates in Clinical/ Educational/ Counselling Psychology are eligible to apply.

3) ‘Certificate Course in Early Childhood Education’ - A Distance Education Programme for In-service Professionals, which is a six-months course with English as medium of instruction.

Correspondence course in drawing

Facilitating centre

Gnyanavikas Academy, Bangalore has set up a facilitating centre for the benefit of students who wish to join Aeronautics Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Pilot Training and other UG Engineering programmes including IT and CS.

Depending on the merit of the candidates, they will recommend admission for management seats. Successful candidates should be prepared to stay and study in the Institutions situated in Chennai and Pondicherry.
