Dry weather prevailed over the State. Maximum Temperatures rose at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and changed little over Interior Karnataka. They were above normal at many places over Coastal Karnataka and were remained normal over Interior Karnataka. Gulbarga recorded the highest maximum temperature of 40.2 Celsius over the State.

Forecast: Forecast valid until the morning of Tuesday: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at a few places over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka and mainly dry weather will prevail over all districts of North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Outlook for subsequent two days: No significant change is expected over the State.
