Vijayanagar, had overflowed. A car was submerged; a bus was also half submerged in the drainwater. When I returned  from Mysore, we were stuck at this junction for 45 min at 10.30 p.m. on Sunday as traffic was blocked from both the sides. It was a total mess.-
