Sri Lanka also warmed up for the final, defeating Bangladesh by nine wickets in Kurunegala.
Sunday’s final will be played in Kurunegala with India bidding to win the tournament for the fourth successive time.
Electing to bat first, India piled up 283-3 and then dismissed Pakistan for just 77. India had a strong start with openers Jaya Sharma and Karuna Jain adding 114 runs in 20 overs.
The partnership ended when Karuna was run-out after scoring 37 that included six boundaries. Jaya was out for 74, her 13th ODI half-century. She faced 91 balls and hit 12 fours.
Anagha Deshpande, making her debut, contributed 38 and featured in a 53-run third wicket stand with captain Mithali Raj in 10 overs. Mithali was later involved in a 90-run unbroken fourth wicket partnership with Rumeli Dhar.
Mithali returned unbeaten on 62 (58 balls, 5x4s), her 22nd career half-century, while Rumeli chipped in with an unbeaten 51 (45 balls, 6x4s, 1x6), which was her fifth half-century.
Pakistan were never in the hunt, new-ball bowlers Jhulan Goswami and Snehal Pradhan doing the early damage.
Jhulan picked up two for 19 and Snehal took three for 21, before off-spinner Neetu David took over to polish off the Pakistan innings.
Neetu’s three for nine sent the Pakistanis tumbling to 76, and a huge defeat.
