“Water is of paramount importance. Three litres per day is a must. Drink one litre as soon as you wake up, spread the second litre over the day and the last one before hitting the bed. Flush it out before you sleep. Eight hours of sleep is a must. I cannot exercise all the time so I eat healthy. The older you get, the more raw food you should eat. Raw veggies, raw fish, nuts and muesli are great options. At parties, I never cross two pegs of alcohol.”

“Water, ‘ghar ka khaana’ and lacto-vegetarianism do the trick. Being in the profession that I am, occupational hazards are many. I have turned lacto-vegetarian. I eat some fish, eggs and lots of veggies and fruits. I also keep a bottle of water with me all the time. At parties, I only take wine.
I hit the gym three to four times a week. I really want to get back to yoga now. I advocate yoga for it does
wonders to your mind, body and soul.”

“The more I party, the more I spend time at the gym. That’s my mantra. I spend close to one-and-a-half hours at the gym, five days a week. I do cardio for 20 minutes followed by ab exercises and then switch to other body parts. I follow a fruit and spinach diet and my must-haves include warm water with lime and honey, water-soaked almonds, freshly-cut carrots and tomatoes, and a glass of fresh lime especially after a workout.”
Pankaj Advani-Billiards Champ
“No alcohol and non-vegetarian food for me. I work out at the gym four to five times a week.
I do strength training, stretches and core exercises. I would also love to play say badminton for 30 minutes every day as a form of physical exercise. Billiards keeps me mentally agile. The game has actually made me emotionally stable.”

“My constitution is so that I don’t need to put in that extra effort. I am not too much into exercise. But I watch what I eat. I avoid fried fatty food. I don’t take heavy meals. I never miss my 45- minute brisk walk. And I never starve myself for it shows on your face.”
