That’s right, in an upcoming music video of Cornetto Love Sparks; this vivacious actress will be seen playing the love interest of the good looking Jal member, Goher Mumtaz.

Jal have composed and crooned a new song, for this upcoming music video, which will feature both Amrita Rao as well as the band. It is for the first time that a Bollywood actress will feature in a music video by this Pakistani band.

According to Goher Mumtaz, “The song is called ‘Love Sparks Chalte Chalte’. Like most of our tunes, this is not a slow romantic song and is an upbeat number based on the theme of love.” He further adds, “we recorded the song and the video in India with Amrita Rao and are now anxiously awaiting the launch of the music video which is to happen soon.”

Amrita says, “Since the song is all about how ‘Love Sparks’ between 2 individuals, the music video is based on a love story, where two youngsters - an upcoming rock star falls in love with an aspiring actress and their love rekindles over a meeting in future as established stars in their respective fields – music and acting and walk down the memory lane hand in hand once again.’’

Amrita Rao, who has been working very closely with the band in the past says, “It was after I met the band that I realised why they had such a huge female fan following. All three of them are very charismatic in their own way.
My chemistry with them is great, especially with Goher, who incidentally is my love muse in the music video.”
