The World as One is a vast exhibition curated by Ulf Erdmann Ziegler from works by 19 German photographers done after the country's reunification (CKP, April 6 to 19).

Though most of the organisations start the festival from the Ramanavami, few of them start from Yugadi itself. The Ramotsava commenced with a bang at the Sri Ramaseva Mandali, Chamarajpet, on the auspicious Yugadi day. The special pandal of the Fort High School, was reverberating as an abode of melodic charm. It could not have asked for a better start than the easoned varna Valachi, by Dr K J Yesudas...
