The Court also ordered that if their applications are not considered within 30 days, they will be at liberty to commence live band shows in their premises.

However, in case of starting live band operations, the restaurateurs will have to abide by Supreme Court’s prohibitive guidelines against permitting obscene or indecent performances, public gaming or other illegal activities like prostitution, use of narcotic drugs in concerned premises, the Court clarified.
