Hindustani concert

Sursagar will present ‘Hindustani Raag Sangeet’ by Sri Vijay Sardeshmukh on April 26, 6.30 pm at The Canara Union, 8th Main, Malleswaram.The accompanists will be Sanjay Deshpande (tabla) and Ravindra Katoti (harmonium). Hindustani Sangeeta Kalakara Mandali  with Gokhale Institute of Public Affairs is having  a Hindustani vocal recital by Gopalakrishna Bhagwat (Disciple of Pt Sripad Hegde & Pt Ganapati Bhatt) accompanied by Siddanagouda on harmonium and Shashibhushan Gurjar on tabla on  April 19 at 6 pm. Ballads from Beyond

Bangalore School of Music brings you ‘Ballads From Beyond’ featuring German singer and songwriter Sascha Otter on April 19,  6:30 pm at Time and Space Art Gallery. Sascha Otten is a German singer and songwriter. He has composed countless number of songs and instrumentals. The concert will also benefit the Vishwalaya Ashram for children.
