Exhibition for disabled

The Association of People with Disability ‘Kala Sourabha’ is holding an art exhibition to showcase the talent of renowned artists and students of fine arts and to emphasise the abilities of people with mental illness, their caretakers at Sri G Venkatachalam Memorial Endowment. The exhibition will be on till April 21 at ESV Hall, Bharathiya Vidhya Bhavan, R C Road. Time 4 pm.

Divine Encounter

Kynkyny Art Gallery and Ista is holding ‘A Divine Encounter’ a solo exhibition of artist  Appanna Pujari till May 5. Pujari has been inspired by traditional paintings and has innovated using them as a base. His traditional images are drawn from the eclectic slylisation of Indian iconography. The most unique twist in his works is his ability to add a bit of wit and humour to the images. He unifies flesh and spirit and affirms the ever-changing and multiple identities of gods and myths in all its diversity and imagination. Kynkyny is an art gallery that promotes emerging and established artists across different styles and media.
