Vacancies in HC

The Karnataka High Court has invited applications for 30 posts of Law Clerks-cum Research Assistants, who will be attached to HC judges and assist them in judicial and administrative works. Last date for receiving applications is April 30, 2008. Young law graduates enrolled with State Bar Council on or after January 1, 2005 can apply. Office-bearers elected

The Clergy Association of Bangalore has elected its new office bearers. Fr John Solomon was elected Vice President, Fr Adolf Washington as General Secretary, Fr Joseph Menezes as treasurer, Fr P Arockiadoss, Fr Vinoo Fabian, Fr Clement Frank, Fr Mariappa, Fr John Antony were elected Executive Committee members. Arch Bishop Bernard Moras is ex-officio President and the members are elected for a period of three years.

Applications invited

Application from male candidates from Karnataka, Kerala and Union Territories of Lakshadeep and Mahe are invited for recruitment of Havildar in the Army Educational Corps. The candidate should be MA/MSc or BA/BSc with B.Ed. The applicant should be in the age group of 20-25 years as on Oct 6, 2008. Last date for receiving application is May 10, 2008.
