Rajiv Gandhi Khel Rathna Awards for the year 2007 and Arjun Awards for the last three consecutive years will be conferred on the youth athletes for their achievements in the sports field in International level sports tournaments such as Olympics, Asian, Common Wealth, World Games, Championships, World Cup or equivalent certified international tourney.  Candidates may send in their applications along with 4 pass port photos to Assistant Director, Department of Youth Services and Sports, DK District.
