Bordermaker

BorderMaker is a freeware that enables you to create borders, text and watermarks that can be placed on digital photos.

The utility can be used to process a large numbers of photos, include copyright information, ‘sharpen’ digital photos with an unsharp mask, convert photos to various formats, rotate photographs in the right direction.
For installation, install the Java runtime environment, download BorderMaker, unpack the zipfile in a folder (for example c:\BorderMaker) and execute bordermaker.bat to start BorderMaker.
