Quick Restoration Of Movable Goods
New Delhi, April 21.
India and Pakistan have agreed to easure “immediate” restoration of movable property in respect of which lists have already been exchanged, it was officially announced here today.
The two countries have also agreed to complete, within a period of four months, enquiries into cases, in which documentary evidence has been supplied by the displaced persons in support of their claims.
Moscow To Set Time Limit
Moscow, April 21.
Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko may call shortly for a time limit on the diplomatic talks now going on in Moscow which are to be followed by a conference of Foreign Ministers who will draw up plans for a Summit meeting, observers in Moscow said today. In his press conference Gromyko said that the Soviet Union wanted to set a limit for the talks.

Prison Reforms On The Way
Bangalore, April 21.
Minister of State for Home Ramesh Jigajinni said here today that the Government would soon introduce measures to reform the prisons with greater emphasis on the welfare of the inmates.
Providing qualified criminologists, sociologists, psychiatrists and one welfare officer for 250 inmates were some of the main features.
