Public inconvenience: No BMTC buses
There are no BMTC buses after 8.30 pm going through Jayanagar 9th East bus stop towards Majestic, City Market or Shivajinagar. The bus drivers bypass 9th Block East bus stop and go through Jayanagar 9th block, 28th main directly. It is becoming very tough for the people to go back home from office and students coming from tuitions to get back home.  By Akash

There are some bus drivers (Route no.500- esp. Banashankari towards Marathalli) who bypass Silk board because there are too many passengers waiting for the bus and lot of private buses would lose business. They stop at the signal before Silk board, asks the people to get off and does not stop at the designated bus stop. By Finn L

Why did the Govt allow Bus staions to come in narrow roads like K.H. Double Road and allow all sorts of vehicles to ply? There is always Traffic jam. Govt. should shift all bus stations from commercial hubs to outskirts and allow small vehicles to ply with in the city. Ban interstate vehicles and trucks from using city roads which cause Grid locks and Jams.Ban all ‘red board buses’, inter city buses from using Residential Roads. By Basheer

BMTC,BBMP and Bangalore Traffic Police have no proper higher level officers to guide the respective organizations. They allow all types of commercial vehicles, buses, trucks, outstation vehicles to pass through residential areas of Wilson Gardens. Till about 3 years ago Police used to fine and impound lorries and outstation buses in Wilson Gardens.
Now private bus hangers and private and BMTC bus stations have come on Wilson Gardens Causing traffic jams, high level pollution etc. By Suresh
