Competition panel to break cartel
Lower prices or face stick, steel cos told  
It would be in the interest of steel manufacturers if they reduce prices...otherwise Competition Commission could take action against them, Montek Singh Ahluwalia told reporters.
Steps soon to rein in prices: PM  
Mr Singh said domestic steel industry which is several decades old, has still been emerging, leaving a lot of scope for modernisation.
