What made the recently concluded “Kitchen Show” different was the live cooking show by Khana Khazana chef Sanjeev Kapoor. The chef kept the audience engrossed with his witty one liners and interesting snippets on cooking.   

Sanjeev Kapoor dished out Italian, Indian, Thai cuisines along with some special desserts with equal ease. He also announced that he was all set to launch an exclusive TV channel on food called “Food Food” this year.

New channel

The channel, dedicated to cooking, will feature the best of chefs and dishes from across the world. “There are TV shows on cooking but we thought we would devote a channel exclusively to food,” Sanjeev Kapoor told Metrolife.
The show brought the best of kitchen design from across the world. It  featured various styles including the Berloni Italian Kitchens. German made Hacker Kitchens came with chic designs and in all colours, shades and textures. Carysil Biefbi kitchens were priced at Rs 10 lakh.

In Europlak Italian kitchens one could choose from over ten designs.

Not just kitchen designs the show also had stalls sporting kitchen ware, utensils, showpieces such as trays, cups, glass stands and furniture made of rub wood.

There were microwavable containers from Italy and junk jewellery and wall hangers added  that extra zing.
Singer Shankar Mahadevan, who made a sudden appearance at the show, swore that he was a foodie and was there only for the Sanjeev Kapoor live show.
