We live in NGEF Layout adjacent to Kasturinagar. We have been suffering due to the entry of enormous traffic since last3 years. We have 2 entry points to enter the layout. One is from old madras road and the other from Kasturinagar. Since 22.04.2008 the traffic police and BBMP have blocked the entry of cars to the NGEF layout from old madras road and Kasturinagar due to developmental work which is being done since last 3 years and not getting over. They have dug all the drains and kept them open so that no vehicle can enter the are .The authority expects the vehicle enter through a narrow underpass near Coca Cola factory on old madras road. The road is extreemly narrow with blind turning, unsafe for women , and prone to kneedeep waterlogging. The incomming trafic is very heavy into the layot and Kasturinagar. This rat hole underpass is not sufficient. As a resident life has become due to this foolish control.
