Leisurely dining
After the end of a work-weary week, weekends are meant for family time and relaxation. With this in mind, Chaarcoals at Regaalis, has introduced the Sunday brunch, a leisurely exploration of tastes and flavours and a satiation of the senses. Chaarcoals does this with a festive theme, akin to a mela in the belief that it's time to celebrate every Sunday.
At Chaarcoals, the seating is comfortable and is set in a non-intrusive style. The food is spread out in a buffet making it easy for guests to access, thus ensuring that there's no crowding.
The ingredients are chosen carefully. So each dish is as authentic as it should be while maintaining the heartiness. The spread has a judicious mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian.There are a variety of starters including a 'chaat' counter and 'kaati' rolls, main courses which include a host of chicken, mutton and vegetable curries served with rice and assorted rotis, and biryanis. Then there's a wide range of desserts, comprising Indian sweets and ice creams to round off a great meal. To make the celebration complete, there are a variety of activities as well, such as live entertainment in the form of music performances, an astrologer with a parrot to foretell your fortune, mehendi for ladies, a magician to keep children enthralled.
