BJP accused of code violation

Bangalore, DHNS:  The JD(U) has alleged that BJP candidates contesting from Hebbal and Pulakeshi Nagar constituencies have been violating model code of conduct by offering gifts to voters. Addressing a press conference in Bangalore on Saturday party general secretary GKC Reddy said the party will complain to the Election Commission against the BJP candidates.

Mr Reddy also demanded that the Election Commission should set up helplines in all constituencies to address problems related to voters’s identity cards.
