New Delhi, April 28.
The entire Opposition group in the Lok Sabha walked out of the House today, in protest against the Speaker’s refusal to give consent to several adjournment motions given notice of by Mr S Mahanti (Ganatantra Parishad) and others. The motion attempted to raise a discussion on the latest developments in Bhubaneswar (Orissa) during which the military police was called out in the city.
Modifications In Plan II Finalised
Ahmedabad, April 28.
Mr Gulzarilal Nanda, Union Minister, told reporters today that the Planning Commission had finalised the modifications in the Second Five-Year Plan, which were found to be necessary in the existing circumstances, and they would be placed before the National Development Council in the first week of May.

‘CM Weaning MLAs Into Janata Fold’
Bangalore, April 28
Karnataka Kranti Ranga President S Bangarappa today charged the Janata Party Government with having launched an intensive campaign to wean MLAs into its fold, fearing loss of majority support in the Assembly.
He was holding a press conference here.
