The Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban has directed all officers in the jurisdiction of Bangalore Urban district to take immediate action to implement the tenets of code of conduct throughout their jurisdiction.
These directions have also been given to all DCs of BBMP areas, Byatarayanapura, Dasarahalli, KR Pura and Rajarajeshwari Nagar zones, CEOs of ZP and ACs (North and South sub-divisions), besides tahsildars of Bangalore north and south sub-divisions and Anekal.
The code of conduct comes into effect from the midnight of April 2.
