Kidnapped 7-yr-old boy rescued  
Shashank, who was kidnapped by Shambhu alias Shambhumanna (24), a native of Begumpur village of Hooghly taluk of West Bengal, is now safe in his parents custody.
Live wire on ground proves fatal for boy  
An eight-year-old boy was electrocuted on Friday evening when he came in contact with a live electric wire in the economical weaker section (EWS) quarters in Eijipura.
Foeticide: Nursing homes identified  
The seven foetuses, which were dumped in Jakkarayanakere in Seshadripuram on August 5 have been reportedly traced to some maternity/nursing homes in Malleswaram and Kumara Park area.
