I-Day at Taj West End This August, Taj West End celebrates India's 60 years of Independence in true Indian style at Mynt. Food from all parts of India will be offered to guests. In addition, there will be live stations offering typical Indian street food. Executive Chef Sandeep Kachroo has designed an elaborate menu of desi food right from Dahi Papdi Chaat, Pani Puri, Chettinad Kalmi Biryani, Chingri Malai Curry, Khud Ki Raan, Nawabi Subzi Biryani, Nilgiri Vegetable Stew, besides a range of soups, salads and starters. Dessert counter will serve Bibinca, Dodol, Makki ke Jamun, Makhane ki Kheer, Yel Adai, Rasagulla, Sandesh, Elneer Payasam, Khubani Ka Meetha and Kheer Kadam, among others. The lunch buffet is priced at Rs 900+taxes

Mandira Bedi, will play an integral part in choosing one winner out of the thousands of entries they are hoping to receive from across the country and abroad. The winner will be entitled to a one-year contract as a presenter with the sports channel.
