You could try the 455 KB PackWord v1.0 at http://www.packword.com/packword.exe. This utillity can compress a Microsoft Word document (.doc) file into a smaller, compressed, .doc file. When loaded onto Microsoft Word, the compressed document automatically expands to the original version. PackWord runs on Windows 95,98,ME,NT,2000,XP. Please note that the the compressed files can be opened using Microsoft Word on Windows only.
