Monsoon was weak over the State. Rainfall occurred at most places over Coastal and isolated places over Interior Karnataka.

Forecast: Forecast valid until the morning of Wednesday: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at many places over Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Uttara Kannada districts and at a few places over all the districts of Interior Karnataka.

Outlook for subsequent two days: No significant change is expected over the State.
