Intense search on for MLA's son and nephew
DH News Service, Tiptur:

Intense search operations for MLA’s Son and Nephew is on, but the two are not yet traced.

As reported earlier, MLA Nanjamari’s Son Raju (13) and Nephew Gurushanthappa (43) were found missing in the Hemavathi canal after both had been to the farm which is situated near the canal. They had parked the vehicle near the canal. After that, the two were missing, raising doubts.

After the incident, the officials of the Hemavathi also had stopped water flowing from Gorur dam. Now, the search operations have been extended from Tiptur to Bugudanahalli lake at Tumkur.

According to a police official, there are chances that one of them had slipped into the canal and the other; in an effort to lift the other had also fallen into the river, which was in full flow. It is also being suspected that the two may have drowned in the water.
