Monsoon was weak over the State. Rainfall occurred at a few places over coastal and at isolated places over south interior. Mainly dry weather prevailed over north interior.

Forecast: Farmers forecast valid until the morning of Friday: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at a few places over Dakshina, Uttara Kannada, Udupi dists and at isolated places over all the districts of interior.

Outlook for subsequent two days: No significant change is expected over the State.
