The city-based Youth Photography Society is celebrating Suvarna Karnataka—World Photography Day 2007 in a unique manner. 

A photography exhibition of its members, who are internationally recognised will be held at E Hanumanatha Rao Art Gallery.

The works  of G Thomas, C Rajgopal, E  Hanumantha Rao and T N A Perumal will figure among the pieces  displayed, said a release from the society.

Youth Photographic Society is  one of the leading photography clubs in the country. It has 38 members including honorary members, who have been confereed with distinctions by Royal Photographic Society, Great Britain and Federation of International Photography, Luxembourg.

The exhibition is the first of its kind in the country. It is being organised in association with Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Sri E Hanumanatha Rao Endowment on August 18 and 19.

The gallery is located at Bharatiya Vidya  Bhavan at Race course road.

The exhibition will remain open from 10  a m to 7 p m.
