BangaloreOne has established one more new centre called BangaloreOne Integrated Citizen Service Centre, to offer its services to the employees working at M S Building, Vidhana Soudha, Vikasa Soudha, High Court, AG's Office, BESCOM corporate office, Vishwesvaraya Towers, KPSC, PWD and other adjoining offices.
The new centre located at M S Building was inaugurated by Chief Secretary P B Mahishi on Wednesday.
Citizens residing in the vicinity of M S Building and the general public visiting the offices located in the premises can also avail themselves of the services at this centre, as all the services offered by BangaloreOne centre are jurisdiction free. The services available at the centre include:
Payment of bills: BESCOM, BWSSB, BSNL, CELLONE, Tata Indicom, Reliance, Spice and Airtel bills can be paid at the centre.
Other Services
Railway ticket booking, domestic flight ticket booking, registration for new passports for majors and minors, registration for renewal or reissue of passports for majors and minors, BBMP property tax, issue of BMTC monthly bus passes, issue of birth and death certificates, renewal of learners license, sale of passport applications, market value assistance for property registration, renewal of registration certificate of shops and commercial establishments, Western Union Money Transfer, payment of traffic fines and ING Vysya Life Insurance premium renewal payments can be done at the centre.
The services will be available between 8 am and 8 pm on all working days of Government of Karnataka. Citizens availing themselves of the services at BangaloreOne centres need not pay any service charge over and above the fee prescribed by the department.
However for railway ticket booking citizens have to pay a service charge of Rs 6/- per transaction. CMS Computers Ltd is the technology partner for BangaloreOne project.
