Draft rules for recruitment
The State government has issued draft rules of recruitment for the posts of primary school teachers to enable selection of candidates who have completed age of 29 years or more.
These rules have been published in the extra-ordinary gazette vide government order no ED 195 PBS 2006 dated July 21, 2007.
Candidates affected by these draft rules can file objections or suggestions to the government within 15 days.
Results announced
The results of I, II and III year BSc perfusion technology and IV year BPT (RS and RS 2 batches) examinations conducted during May 2007 by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) have been announced.
According to a press release, details like marks secured in each subject, class obtained, have been hosted on the website www.rguhs.ac.in
Seats for candidates
As many as four medical seats will be offered to eligible medical sports candidates by the CET Cell who are medal winners.
The seats will be offered under the casual vacancy round on August 7 at 12 noon.
One seat each will be offered in  Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences, Bidar, Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raichur, Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences, Shimoga and Sri Shamanur Shivashankarappa Institute of Medical College, Davangere, according to an official press release issued here on Wednesday.
