The decision of the Supreme Court to provide an interim bail to Sanjay Dutt, on the pretext that TADA court has failed to spell detailed Judgement is surprising.
How can judiciary interpret the matter indifferently as Dutt has already been proved guilty of possessing illegal AK-56 . The breather should not last long; he should be treated on merit.
