HCL Infosystems Ltd inaugurated the HCL Career Development Centre here, on Wednesday.
HCL is offering a three-month full time and one year part time course titled HCL Certified Network Engineer (HCNE). The courses offered include networking, hardware, software technology and telecom. Students will be given on job training using latest tools and simulation techniques.  According to E-Value estimates, there is an annual demand for 2 lakh networking professionals in India while the supply is limited to 60 per cent of demand. “We  plan to create industry ready ICT professionals,” said HCL Education Head S T M Eswar.
The fees ranges from Rs 10,000 to Rs 60,000 depending on the duration and modules. The CDC will also assist students with placements in partner companies. HCL plans to start 100 such centres across India in the next 12 to 15 months.
