Eagles’ studio album in 28 yrs 
The Eagles will release Long Road Out of Eden, their first full studio album for 28 years, in October, Reuters reports from London. The top-selling band, whose hits include Hotel California and Life in the Fast Lane, split in 1980 but reunited 14 years later and have toured intermittently since. Universal will distribute the new album outside North America.
Bangla govt imposes curfew
Bangladesh’s military-backed government on Wednesday declared an indefinite curfew in the capital Dhaka and five other cities after a series of violent campus clashes, PTI reports from Dhaka.
The government has ordered a curfew in six divisional cities, including Dhaka, from 8 pm local time, an official said.
“The curfew will remain in force until further order,” Information Adviser Mainul Hosein said.
Hackers ‘break into’ job site
Hackers have attacked the world’s largest online recruiter and stolen the personal details of thousands of jobseekers thereby exposing them to the risk of blackmail, PTI reports from London. Posing as would-be employers who scour the site for prospective workers, the hackers used a computer programme to access Monster.com and steal users’ details, said Symantec, the online security firm.
