In the form of US nuclear deal, a bright future is knocking at India's door. We can, however, realize the future to the extent that we are able to further strengthen our national unity, secularism, social goodwill, and our democratic system giving our top priority to increase the electric power potential and curb the use of fossil fuels and save our cities from pollution. This will boost the all round development and national sovereignty.
India is a land of diversities, of geographical, linguistic, religious, customs and traditions. Despite of these diversities, or perhaps because of them, India has always remained united. Nuclear deal was kick-started by BJP while the parliamentarians especially the Left were aware and were part of the discussion at every stage.
Keeping the same in the dark tunnel for longer time, got into the nitty-gritty of things, jumped the gun at this stage not to operationalise the same.
Left having an ideological position must focus on the national interest. The roadblock for the Left is, they still consider USA as an enemy, even in this post cold war era.
