Case filed against minister Sriramulu
Bellary, DH News Service:

A case has been registered in Toranagal police station against Tourism Minister B Sriramulu for making a life threat to Deputy Conservator of Forest Dr P Rajashekharan and his family.
On a complaint that Obalapura Mining Company of Andhra Pradesh has been indulging in illegal mining at a forest belonging to Karnataka, Dr Rajashekharan along with other officials had visited the forest area .
A verbal duel had broken out between the forest officials of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.
It is said that the Director of Obalapura Mining Company Mr Ramachandra Reddy had used derogatory words against officials of Karnataka. Within a few minutes Sriramulu called Rajashekharan on his mobile and threatened him with dire consequences.
“You are crossing your limits. If you continue like this I will kill your wife and children,” he said, according to the complaint filed at the Toranagal police station.
Reddy refutes
However, addressing a press conference on Wednesday, MLC Janardhana Reddy, who is also the Managing Director of the company, refuted the charges.
He accused the Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy and former prime minister H D Deve Gowda of taking revenge against him.q
