Tilak park police arrested a vehicle lifter and seized Rs 2.50 lakh worth two wheelers. 
While Tarabej and Nawaj Sharief were suspiciously taking away a two wheeler with them, the police took the two into custody. On inquiry the duo gave a hint about the nexus of vehicle lifters.
Tarabej was arrested and the two wheelers were seized.
Tilak Park Circle Inspector H Srinivas led the team comprising Sub-Inspector Banuprasad and staff Hanumantarayappa, Lokesh, Chandrappa, Siddarameshwara, Govindayya. SP Harishekharan, DSP Ariffulla, SP Anantaram guided the team in investigation.
Two die in mishap
Two persons died on the spot in a head on collision between a goods auto rickshaw and a lorry, on National Highway-206 near Nittur of Gubbi on Friday. 
The deceased are identified as Gangadhar (20) and Fairoj (35).
The accident occurred when lorry hit the goods auto rickshaw in which they were travelling towards Bangalore.
The driver Fairoj and Gangadhar died on the spot. A case has been registered against the lorry owner.
