Four youngsters were on Sunday arrested on their way to the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid complex here to allegedly offer namaz, a  police official said.
Hailing from Varanasi, they reached the temple town and “wanted to offer namaz in the complex to incite communal passions”, Superintendent of Police Khanna told reporters. He said they were being interrogated by the Varanasi police.
