Small steps...
Aihole: Different people take up different professions to earn their livelihood. Again, the selection of profession depends upon one's choice and interest.
Take the case of Aihole and Pattadakal, where a small boy of six years has undertaken the job of a part-time guide to introduce these historical places to visitors.
Sounds unbelievable, but it’s true. Driven by curiosity, when we asked him what he was studying, he said he was in his First Standard.
Though only six years old, he has memorised all the  historical events associated with the place and repeats the same to his clients!
It was also a pity to learn that he belonged to a poor family and had to earn on his own to fund his education. He earns a few coins from visitors like us.
Let us hope this boy will be a model for all those who shirk their responsibilities on some pretext or the other.
