Karnataka State Government Scheduled Caste Teachers Welfare Association, Tumkur, Sanjeevini Charitable Trust and Government Hospital, together will be organising a free health camp on Sunday.
The camp will be held at the Government Model Higher Primary School at Chickkanayakanahalli. A blood-donation programme would also be held along with heart and diabetes check-up.
Diabetes specialist Dr S G Parameshwarappa and President of the Taluk Unit of the Karnataka State Government Scheduled Caste Teachers Welfare Association Thimma Bovi have explained this in a press release issued here on Friday. Public is requested to make use of the camp.
It will begin at 10.30 am and would be graced by Seer Dr Abhinava Mallikarnjuna Deshikendra Swamiji and would be inaugurated by former MLA C B Sureshbabu. ZP Vice-President Susheela Surendraiah, former ZP chief G Raghunath and various personalities would take part. Mr Thimma Bovi will preside over the function.
