State Bank of India has undertaken a project titled ‘Project Parivartan’, an internal communication exercise aimed at sensitising each SBI employee about the bank’s transformation and energising them to be Change Agents with focus on customer service, said Chief General Manager of Bangalore circle, Mahpara Ali at a press conference here on Monday.
The programme was rolled out nationally on July 16, 2007 and would be completed in 100 days.
In the first phase the programme was in the nature of two-day workshop and would be attended by by all the clerical staff and officers below the rank of Assistant General Manager, she informed.
