Not surprising
That our state has topped the list with 7945 schools with no pupils has not come as a surprise!

As humourously pointed out by the late Khrushchev of the erstwhile USSR once, politicians are capable of promising to have a bridge constructed where no river existed! Is it any wonder that we have schools where there are no pupils?
