The hearing on the petitions filed by Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs Minister Alkod Hanumanthappa and Agricultural Marketing Minister S Darshanapur against Lokayukta’s report seeking action for non-filing of their assets and liability statement in time, was adjourned to Thursday. The case was heard by the Division Bench comprising Chief Justice Cyriac Joseph and Justice Ram Mohan Reddy on Wednesday. As the court time ended, the Court adjourned the hearing to Thursday morning.
