The week-long art festival organised by Artist Forum Udupi in collaboration with Lalitha Kala Academy Chennai Regional Centre in support of Manipal University concluded here on Saturday.

Renowned architect from Bangalore Satyaprakash Varnasi said “art is such a profession which enables us to talk within ourselves unlike music and architecture.” He opined that there is a need for people to go deep into the art to understand the depth and intensity of that particular art, there is no need to become an artist to be close to the art, he added “Snubbing the budding stone is the real cruelty meted to the aspiring artists in their tender age,” said District Judge K N Phannendra. Regional Secretary Lalith kala Academy Chennai R M Phalaneeyappan, was present.
