The lokayukta is like a village panchayath and has the Judge is like a chairman of a village panchayath. There is no one to listen to lokayukta inspite of prima facie evidence aganst the corrupt officers. When such is the case with the lokayukta, what about a member of general public who approaches the higher officers against the corrupt lot of officers? Do they listen to a normal person? Recently,the forest dept entered my land in Bannerghatta without issuing any notice to me about their contention. It is a clear trespass case and I sent a complaint to the then Chief Minister Mr. Kumarswamy who took no action at all. Where our country is heading? Where is democracy?
