Bella Casa — the home improvement retail chain, recently opened its first store in Bangalore. It is a new and unique retailing concept from R Raheja Group. Located at 100 Feet Road, Banashankari, 3rd Stage (Ring Road), in Bangalore, the store offers stylish and designer products, coupled with unmatched services for the upwardly mobile.
The store, spread over 4,000 sq ft of space, has on display products across categories such as tiles, baths and kitchens, floorings, mosaics, shower enclosures and bathroom fittings. This one-stop-shop houses some of the world’s finest and latest brands from interior décor hot spots such as Italy, Germany, Austria, Spain, England and Turkey. There are baths by Twyford and Vitra, kitchens by Nobilia, laminated floorings by Egger, tiles from Imola Ceramica and Cerypsa, glass mosaics by Vidrepur, faucets by Kludi and shower enclosures from HUPPE Germany.
In order to help consumers make informed decisions, the store is equipped with trained professionals to provide the right kind of guidance. As a part of its aggressive retail expansion plans, the company has earmarked to open 250 stores by end of 2010.
Maspar’s latest collection
Maspar, well-known home décor brand, has launched its latest product range – ‘Placid Beauty’. The collection’s designs are 100% cotton giving the range a gentle, serene and cool appearance.
The range comprising of bed linen, duvets, bedspreads, blankets, bolsters, embroidered cushion covers, floor cushions, rugs, kidney pillows, panel, napkins, placemat, runner, table linen, etc, are woven in viscose and cotton. The price range of the collection starts from Rs 85 onwards and is available at exclusive Maspar stores across different cities in India (New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Mumbai and Ludhiana).
Maspar offers a lively range of ready-made home furnishings in co-ordinated colours to mix and match from. Each product goes through controlled dyeing for colourfastness and is processed for quality. Manufacturing of chenille yarn, dyeing of yarn, fabric and made-ups, printing, quilting, cording, special purpose sewing machines, has been brought under one roof.
The company has been manufacturing home furnishings for the export market of US and UK and supplying to brands like Marks & Spencer, Ikea and Waverly started its Indian operations in 2002 as a step towards forward integration.
