Canada's post office and police are trying to track down a "rogue elf" who wrote obscene letters to children on behalf of Santa Claus, a newspaper reported on Friday, reports Reuters from Ottawa.
Canada Post's popular "Write to Santa" programhas been shut down in Ottawa until the offender is caught.
Lovers call it quits over sms
One in seven say they have been told it's all over via sms or email, a survey said on Friday, reports Reuters from London.
15 percent of the 2,194 people questioned had been dumped by text or email, although a quarter of those in the18 to 24-year-old age group would choose the traditional method — a letter.
Condoms given to BBC staff
Condoms meant for youngsters concerned about AIDS, were distributed by BBC bosses to their staff, reports ANI from London.
Durex had donated more than 150,000 condoms to the BBC’s ‘GI Jonny’ campaign, to help raise awareness of safe sex.
The sheaths which were supposed to be given at events across the UK, to 16 to 24-year-olds were given out in staff toilets at BBC Television Centre in West London.
