Oxford Bookstore today organised a painting exhibition by B D  Jagadish a versatile artist and an Endeavor to uncover different dimensions of life.  Jagadish takes painting as an effervescent process of self-exploring and a positive way to give form and evocative expression to an internal experience.
Vishnuvardhan and B Saroja Devi, well-known cinema artistes inaugurated the painting exhibition and former Chief Minister and presently Governor of Maharashtra S M Krishna  K V R Tagore Additional Director General of police and commissioner, Department of information presided over the inaugural ceremony.
The paintings are themed on the "Modern day to day life and the conflict we all face in the same the struggle and the ironies of it and how it takes humans to understand the colours of our life"
